Before and during!
I thought it was about time that I posted one of these. It’s really hard to look at those before pictures, but it’s a little bit easier, now that I’m working toward a final goal! I actually meant to keep this blog anonymous for the most part, but that’s really hard when you want to post progress pictures! I keep going between hoping no one I know sees these, and not caring, but I guess it doesn’t really matter!
Anyway, here goes. I’ve still got a ways to go, but I’m getting there! I actually have a few more in-between pictures, though I haven’t been very diligent about taking quality progress pictures until now. Plus it was easier for me to keep this short and sweet.
Sorry about my dirty mirror!

“When you say “no,” and you mean “no,” and the other person, regardless of whether it’s in a situation where somebody wants to attack you or a situation where somebody wants to change your opinion…
When you say no, and the other person continues, you should think immediately — not “how do I make it nice, how do I make it better” — but immediately think why is this person trying to control me because “no” is a complete sentence.”

Important.

Low-cal pancakes | RECIPE

xxmissmadnessxx:

Ingredients

3/4 cup of flour

1 tsp of salt

3/4 Almond milk (30)

2 egg whites

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt on egg whites and beat stiff, not dry
  2. Add milk to flour and salt. Beat until smooth.
  3. Beat a few more seconds.
  4. Fold in egg whites.
  5. Pour into pan and turn once.

This was originally my cousins recipe but she gave it to me. She says that it’s about 51 calories for the whole batch, and it’s 3 calories per pancake. The serving size is about a ladle of batter.

I used honey instead of maple syrup!
