3/4 cup of flour
1 tsp of salt
3/4 Almond milk (30)
2 egg whites
- Sprinkle salt on egg whites and beat stiff, not dry
- Add milk to flour and salt. Beat until smooth.
- Beat a few more seconds.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Pour into pan and turn once.
This was originally my cousins recipe but she gave it to me. She says that it’s about 51 calories for the whole batch, and it’s 3 calories per pancake. The serving size is about a ladle of batter.
I used honey instead of maple syrup!
